As The Senior Test Manager for the London Cluster I was responsible for the following:
- Overall Test Management of the London Cluster Programme including managing a test team consisting of over 35 testers via 3 Test Managers.
- Defining the overall Test Strategy for all test phases across all planned releases and getting the strategy approved by the prime contractor (BT).
- Recruiting, building and training the test team.
- Managing a test support team to support testing activity conducted and managed directly by the prime contractors.
