11 years on and I’m still proud with my extremely small involvement to significantly improve English libel law. At the time the ill conceived libel suit against Simon Singh for criticising bogus claims made by the BCA seemed like a massive injustice.
So I got involved, I took time of work to attend the trial in the high court and I did what I could to spread awareness via my blog and Twitter.
The children’s book below that I wrote at the time still aptly summarises the case, but since writing it the campaign has gone on to successful change English libel laws to stop libel tourism in England being used to silence valid criticisms.
